This is Daniel's Directorial debut for Shakespeare BASH'd.

As an actor, he has worked all over Canada, with seasons at The Blyth Festival, Stratford, and BASH'd! He lives in his cozy east end home with a hedgehog, a frog, crickets, and various trolls.

Gabriella Colavecchio - AROSTUS
Gabriella is a Toronto-based actor and producer. She is thrilled to be involved in Gorboduc and Shakespeare BASH’d. Select theatre credits include: Mildred in Of Human Bondage (Magnus Theatre), Woman in My Child (Haus of Casati), Muirgen in The Brown Bull of Cuailnge (The Room); Nuna in The Great Mountain (Red Sky Performance); Woman in The Inconsolable Blueness (Tottering Biped Theatre); Lady Anne in Richard III, Miranda in The Tempest and Flipote in Tartuffe (New World Theatre Project, renamed Perchance Theatre); and Paulina in A Winter's Tale (Shakespeare and Company). Her company, Haus of Casati, was recently awarded a 2016 MyTheatre award for Outstanding Production (small category) for their production of My Child. Training: Graduate of George Brown Theatre School and BA in Theatre Studies at the University of Guelph.
Bailey Green - EUBULUS
Bailey is a bilingual actor and writer originally from Montreal now based in Toronto. Past BASH’d credits include: Luciana/Courtesan in The Comedy of Errors, Arthur/Prince Henry in King John and the Earl of Kent in Edward II. Other theatre credits include: Margaret in Much Ado about Nothing (Secret Shakespeare Series), Oklahoma! (First Act Productions), The Importance of Being Earnest (Hart House Theatre) and The Tin Can People (Edinburgh Fringe). She is a graduate of University of Toronto, Sheridan College and John Abbott College. She’s also a swim instructor, yoga lover and certified actor combatant. www.baileygreen.ca
Ruby Joy - VIDENA / CLOTYN
Ruby Joy is a Canadian-American actor who spent five seasons with the Stratford Festival. There, in addition to many other roles, she performed Susan Pevensie in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Sorel Bliss in Hay Fever, and the Princess in Love’s Labour’s Lost which premiered in movie theaters across Canada this spring. Other theatre credits include Liars at a Funeral (St. Vlads) The Libertine (TIFT), A Christmas Carol (Theatre NorthWest), The Mousetrap (Chemainus Theatre Festival), Intimate Apparel (The Grand Theatre), and The Tempest (Theatre by the Bay). On TV, Ruby played Chantel in CBC’s Republic of Doyle. She is delighted to be working with Shakespeare BASH’d. www.rubyjoy.net
Mamito Kukwikila - CHORUS
MAMITO KUKWIKILA is an actor, writer and producer. Born and raised in London, England, Mamito has always been passionate about storytelling and everything related to the process of creating art. Mamito’s thirst for creative knowledge led her to undertaking a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media and Communications with Screenwriting at Goldsmiths College, University of London and then a Master of Fine Arts in Film and TV Producing from Dodge College of Media Arts, Chapman University, in California. Mamito now resides in Toronto where she has been breaking into the vibrant Toronto arts scene with acting credits in theatre, film and television and producing credits in theatre. This is Mamito’s first collaboration with Shakespeare BASH’d and she is so excited to be apart of this creative team to bring Gorbuduc to life!

Wilex Ly is an actor based in Toronto. He is super excited and forever grateful to be able to work with Shakespeare BASH'd this year. Milan Malisic - HERMON / FERGUS
Milan is thrilled to perform the classical repertoire which Shakespeare BASH'd has slated this season. Milan has played in numerous productions south of the border, including a Wylde Award nominated The Rivals at the Michigan Shakespeare Festival and an award winning Taming of the Shrew at the Toronto Centre for the Arts. After graduating from The Academy for Classical Acting at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington D.C., Milan has appeared in several television shows (Nikita/Combat Hospital/Rookie Blue) and films such as The Boy Who Smells Like Fish with Carrie-Anne Moss and most recently co-starring opposite Dylan McDermott and Peter Facinelli in Freezer.

This is Kate's second time working with BASH'd and is beyond grateful to be working this stellar cast and crew. A graduate of the University of Windsor’s BFA in Acting program, she is constantly searching for growth as an artist, and is dedicated to producing professional, exciting work. Victor Pokinko - PORREX
Originally from Ottawa ON, Victor is an actor, theatre-creator, and music man. He is best known to Toronto audiences for his work in Pea Green Theatre Group's Three Men in a Boat, which continues to tour for its fourth consecutive year after traveling as far as Mumbai, India. Other selected credits include: Clique Claque (Pea Green), Peter Pan (Bad Hats Theatre), Romeo and Juliet Chainsaw Massacre (Bain & Bernard), Munsch Mash, The Princess Knight (Solar Stage), Out of the Lens (Theatre 20 and Musical Works), The Importance of Being Earnest (Hart House). He also plays piano (and a slew of other instruments) for various projects and in his spare time. Victor has been nominated for three Dora Mavor Moore awards and is a graduate of the Sheridan College and the University of Toronto. He is also a Co-Managing Director of Bad Hats Theatre. Julia Nish-Lapidus - PRODUCER
Julia is an actor, director, and producer, as well as a Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of Shakespeare BASH'd, where she has produced all of the company's sold-out productions. She has worked as the Managing Director of Theatre Columbus (now Common Boots) and is now part of the team at The Theatre Centre. Most recently, she performed in Twelfth Night and directed the sold-out Fringe hit The Comedy of Errors for Shakespeare BASH'd.
As an actor, Julia has performed the title roles in Daniel MacIvor’s See Bob Run (Theatre Caravel) and 2012 Best of Fringe winner The Taming of the Shrew and its 2015 remount (Shakespeare BASH’d). She also appeared in many critically acclaimed Shakespeare BASH'd productions, including The Merry Wives of Windsor, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, and Hamlet, and recently in Red One's The Forest at The Storefront Theatre. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Canadian Stage GYM program and a graduate of the joint acting program at UofT and Sheridan College.

James Wallis - PRODUCER
James has been a Shakespeare fan all his life, having performed with Resurgence Theatre Company as a teenager and again as a professional later in his career.
After graduating from Ryerson Theatre School, James jumped right into the big bad world of commercial work and film & television acting. He has been seen in a number of national commercials, including spots for Boston Pizza, Honda, and Expedia. Also, he has appeared on The Jon Dore Show, XIII: The Series and in a number of feature films including: And Now A Word From Our Sponsors and The Movie Out Here.
In 2010, James co-founded Shakespeare BASH’d with his wife, Julia. For the company, James has directed staged readings of Romeo and Juliet (2010), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2011), and Edward II (2015), as well as the full productions of Romeo & Juliet, Love's Labour's Lost, Macbeth, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Twelfth Night. He played Petruchio in the company's Best of Fringe winning production of The Taming of the Shrew in 2012 and the remount in 2015, and played Benedick in their sold-out production of Much Ado About Nothing in the 2013 Toronto Fringe.
