Hilary Adams - FIRST LORD/WILMA/LORD HYMEN/CO-COMPOSER
Hilary is thrilled to be making her debut with Shakespeare BASH’d and has had so much fun co-writing, collaborating and jamming with Kaleb on the soundtrack of this production of As You Like It.
Hilary is a Toronto based performer, singer-songwriter but studied theatre and puppetry in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Hilary has toured internationally with Mermaid Theatre and most recently traveled to China with The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Other Eric Carle Stories. Other Recent credits include; Old Man and The River (Theatre Direct), Goodnight Moon and the Runaway Bunny (Mermaid), As Cast (Newmarket National Play Festival), Celia in As You Like It, Goneril in King Lear, Percussionist in Pinocchio, Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Octavia in Antoni and Cleopatra, Bianca in The Taming of the Shrew, the Fairy Bartender in Cinderelly, and Jessica in The Merchant of Venice (Shakespeare By The Sea), Phebe in As You Like It, Company in Iliad by Fire (Two Planks and a Passion).

Daniel Briere - DUKE FREDERICK/DUKE SENIOR
Daniel always loves coming back to work with BASH’d! A most recent participant in the 2018 Banff/Citadel Conservatory, he can’t wait to move from Sherwood Forest to the Forest of Arden.
You may have seen him in Twelfth Night, or Hamlet with Shakespeare BASH’d, or in Antony & Cleopatra, King John, and Romeo and Juliet with the Stratford Festival.
Having studied performing arts at Mount Royal College in Calgary, and the National Theatre School in Montreal, Daniel now makes Toronto his home, where he acts, directs, writes, builds puppets, and creates new adventures for D&D.

Michael Chiem - SILVIUS/LE BEAU/LORD
Michael is a recent graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal, 2018. He also studied acting at Studio 58 in Vancouver, and at the University of Calgary, which is where he’s from. New to Toronto, he’s looking forward to getting to know this city and it’s people better, and to feel right when he says, “I’m going home.” Previous theatre credits: It’s All An Act (Common Ground Festival), Young Sherlock Holmes (Pumphouse Theatre), Everyone We Know Will Be There (Tiny Bear Jaws), Now We Are (Outside the March & 2b theatre company). This is his debut show with Shakespeare BASH’d.
Olivia Croft - JAQUES
Olivia Croft is an actor/creator/mover who was raised in a theatrical family in Stratford, Ontario. She’s a proud graduate of Humber’s Theatre Performance Program, and is inspired by "play" in physical theatre, collective creation, and the fusion of contemporary and Shakespearean elements.

Jade Douris is a Toronto born-and-raised actor and theatre-maker. She lives in Parkdale with her lovely fiance, Drew.

Kaleb Horn - AMIENS/HYMEN/COMPOSER
Kaleb Horn is a graduate from Ryerson's BFA acting program. On top of being an actor and an uncle, Kaleb is a musician, composer and member of indie rock band People Walking By. His proudest achievement up to date would be when he decided to no longer be a bully in grade 4. He is so grateful for the opportunity to compose and act in his first ever Shakespeare BASH'd production!

Brittany Kay - PHOEBE/LORD
Brittany is a Dora nominated actress, teacher and director. She received her degree from the University of Toronto and Sheridan College joint program in Theatre and Drama Studies. She is also a graduate of the Musical Theatre Intensive at the Banff Centre of the Arts and is an OCT certified teacher, with a BEd from OISE. She is currently at OISE part time, working towards her Masters degree in Theatre and Education. Brittany has worked as an arts educator for Roseneath, The Paprika Festival, York Region District School Board, TDSBCreates and Young People’s Theatre. Brittany is also a regular contributor to the theatre blog, In the Greenroom. Justin Mullen - ORLANDO
Justin is an emerging artist who is excited for his first year in the profession circuit. Having recently graduated from George Brown's conservatory style program with an intense passion for classical texts, Justin has enjoyed many roles such as Friedrich Schiller's Don Carlos, Constant from John Vanbrugh's The Provoked Wife, and Orsino from Twelfth Night.
If he's not acting, his other passions include writing, playing music, as well as crafting a tasty cocktail or two as an up and coming mixologist.

Julia Nish-Lapidus - PRODUCER
Julia is an actor, director, and producer, as well as a Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of Shakespeare BASH'd, where she has produced all of the company's productions. She has worked as the Managing Director of Common Boots Theatre and as part of the team at The Theatre Centre. She is currently working as the Assistant Director on Private Lives at the Stratford Festival.
For Shakespeare BASH'd, Julia has directed Richard III, The Comedy of Errors, and the staged reading of The Duchess of Malfi. She has also performed in many BASH'd productions, including The Taming of the Shrew, Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Hamlet, Twelfth Night, and Volpone (staged reading).

Lesley Robertson - TOUCHSTONE
Lesley Robertson is an actor-comedian-educator based in Toronto. As an actor, Lesley has enjoyed playing a wide range of Shakespearean roles including King John, Feste, Pompey (Shakespeare BASH’d), Dogberry, Cordelia, the Nurse (Hart House), and Julia in Two Gents (Shakespeare in the Ruff). As a comedian, Lesley formed a comedy band “The Diddlin’ Bibbles” with her friend Matt Shaw. Their first full-length show won Patron’s Pick at the 2017 Toronto Fringe Festival and their second original show enjoyed a sold-out performance at The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival last March; they will be back at Sketchfest this year.

Hallie Seline - ROSALIND
Hallie Seline is a Dora Award-nominated actor and founding member of The Howland Company. Among the many other hats she likes to wear, from producing, marketing, publicity, video editing and sound design, she is also the Co-Founder and Editor in Chief of inthegreenroom.ca, a space for artists to connect offstage.

Jonny Thompson - AUDREY/CHARLES
Born in Swindon, GB raised in St. Marys ON, Jonny first started acting while attending Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia. Upon graduation, Jonny continued to work and live in NS performing with various Theatre companies, such as Two Planks and a Passion, Ajar Theatre, Villians Theatre, Frankie Productions, and was a part of various projects in the Atlantic Fringe Festival. Jonny also Toured for 4 years with Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, performing 3 shows and completing 7 International tours. After 8 amazing years in Nova Scotia, Jonny now lives in Toronto with his partner Hilary.

James Wallis - PRODUCER
James has been a Shakespeare fan all his life, having performed with Resurgence Theatre Company as a teenager and again as a professional later in his career.
In 2010, James co-founded Shakespeare BASH’d with his wife, Julia. For the company, James has directed staged readings of Romeo and Juliet (2010), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2011), Edward II (2015), Volpone (2017), as well as the full productions of Romeo & Juliet, Love's Labour's Lost, Macbeth, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Twelfth Night. He played Petruchio in the company's Best of Fringe winning production of The Taming of the Shrew in 2012 and the remount in 2015, and played Benedick in their sold-out production of Much Ado About Nothing in the 2013 Toronto Fringe.
