BASH'd Book Buds
It’s time for a book club!
Join Shakespeare BASH’d for a casual experience of cold reading and discussion, based on four plays by Shakespeare’s contemporaries.
The book club is open to anyone wanting to attend (actors and non-actors are welcome!), material will be provided in advance and we'll all gather to read some key scenes and discuss the stories, themes, and intriguing ideas.
Get to know plays of Shakespeare’s contemporaries, have a fun cold read and discuss with some passionate people.
There is no fee to participate, though PWYC donations will be accepted.
The Plays & Schedule:
January 31, 4pm: The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus, by Christopher Marlowe
February 28, 4pm: The Tragedy of Mariam, by Elizabeth Cary
